Plans and pricing

Shara has four plan families: First, Pro and Max in the cloud (hosted in the EU), and Concerto Local, which deploys everything on-premise on your own infrastructure. Max also scales into two high-concurrency variants (Max ×5 and Max ×20). All of them share the same product (Amadeus as director, the departmental agents, the connectors and the orchestration); what changes between plans is the monthly consumption quota (measured in STU), how many agents it includes, the model that leads the orchestra and the support level.

Each plan includes a monthly STU quota (Shara Token Units, the single billable unit of consumption) and a director: the model that orchestrates Amadeus and coordinates the rest of the agents. Models are always named by their alias, never by their real provider: Symphony (high capacity), Sonata (regular production), Prelude (agile tasks) and Concerto (models that run locally).

First and Pro are hired via self-service (direct checkout). So is Max. Max ×5, Max ×20 and Concerto Local are sales-assisted plans: the detail is tailored to your case via contact. All cloud plans are hosted in the EU (GDPR); Concerto Local runs entirely on your own infrastructure.

€129/month, 50M STU. The entry point: gets an essential AI team up and running, ready in 24 hours with no technical installation. Amadeus leads with Sonata and the departmental agents work on Prelude for agile, day-to-day tasks.

Max ×5 includes a dedicated account manager; Max ×20 raises the SLA to 99.95%. Both start from the same agent catalog as Max, with the Symphony director.

€999/month, on-premise. 100% deployment on your infrastructure (your hardware or your private cloud). All inference runs locally with the Concerto models, so data never leaves your network. With no cloud component, there’s no cloud STU quota or overage.

The main difference between plans is mostly how many departmental agents accompany Amadeus. First starts with the 5 most cross-cutting ones; Pro and Max keep expanding the team up to the full roster.

Each plan assigns a different model to lead the orchestra and to the departmental agents. We always work with the aliases; the real names of the underlying LLMs stay under NDA, so if we switch provider for better quality or cost, your operation isn’t affected.

The connectors (desktop-agent, server-agent, Gmail, calendar, Slack, CRM and the rest) are included in every plan from First. There are no integrations behind a price wall: what differentiates plans is the STU quota, the number of agents, the director model and the support level, never the connections to your tools.

On Max you can grow the roster with specialized additional agents; on Concerto Local they all come included already, at no extra cost. Each additional agent adds work capacity and quota to your team.

Additional agents cover events (Barnum), R&D (Curie), technical support (Shannon), project management (Tracy) and procurement (Ohno). On Max they’re hired one by one based on what your operation needs; on Concerto Local they’re already all active by default.

Annual billing gets a 10% discount on the plan’s monthly price. It’s the recommended option once you know Shara is already part of your operations: it lowers the effective cost and consolidates the fee into a single charge. The monthly STU quota stays the same and is anchored to your billing cycle.

Two variables drive the decision: how many departments you want to cover with agents and how much you’ll use them (the STU quota). As a guide:

• You’re starting out and want to validate the model: First. Covers customer service, sales, marketing, finance and HR with plenty of margin to test real operation.
• You already use it daily and want more departments: Pro. It’s the recommended plan for most SMEs, advisory firms and agencies: 10 agents and almost triple the quota.
• Intensive multi-department operation or you need strategy, product and cybersecurity: Max, with the highest-capacity director and additional agents on demand.
• Large teams with many users in parallel: Max ×5 or Max ×20, which multiply the quota and raise concurrency and SLA.
• Sensitive data, a regulated sector or mandatory data sovereignty: Concerto Local, fully on-premise with no data leaving to the cloud.

If you’re torn between two plans, start with the lower one: moving up a plan is immediate, and the €5/M overage keeps a peak month from leaving you without service. The practical rule is to size by number of agents first and adjust the quota afterwards by looking at your real consumption on the dashboard.

If you exceed your monthly quota, extra STU is billed at a flat rate of €5 per million STU across all paid plans. Concerto Local has no overage: inference is on-premise and doesn’t bill by use. On top of that, every cloud plan carries automatic three-tier kill-switches so spending never spikes by surprise.
