How we work
Five phases, always the same, with no surprises on the invoice or on the calendar. This is what happens from the moment you write to us until you have a working system.
The process, in five phases
Section titled “The process, in five phases”| Phase | What happens | Typical timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Initial contact | You tell us what problem you want to solve, what tools you use today and when you’d like to start. | Response in under 24 business hours |
| Free audit | A 30-minute call to identify which processes can be automated and how much you’d save. No cost, no commitment. | Findings document in under 5 business days |
| Closed proposal | Scope, deliverables and timeline in writing, included in the findings document itself when you decide to move forward. | No surprises on the invoice |
| Iterative build | We design, develop, test and deploy with periodic review and a single fixed point of contact on our side. | 2 to 4 weeks for most agents and automations |
| Delivery and support | Knowledge transfer so your team can operate the system, plus optional ongoing support. | Monthly support, cancellable at any time |
The free audit, the usual starting point
Section titled “The free audit, the usual starting point”Most projects start with the free audit: a short call, no endless questionnaires, followed by a document with concrete findings.
- The 3 priority processes in your company to automate, by impact.
- A monthly savings estimate in time and money.
- The specific tools that apply to your case.
- If you ask for it, an indicative price range, with no commitment to move forward.
For projects that need more depth
Section titled “For projects that need more depth”When the scope isn’t a one-off automation but an AI adoption strategy spanning several months, we offer AI consulting: a diagnosis, feasibility, strategy and roadmap exercise spread over several weeks, with monthly follow-up afterwards during rollout. We always recommend starting with the free audit and, if it makes sense, moving up to full consulting.
During the build
Section titled “During the build”- Short, focused meetings, with a concrete outcome in mind. No filler presentations.
- Open documentation: you see the flows, the real operating costs and, when applicable, the code.
- Periodic iteration with a fixed point of contact. You don’t repeat context to three different people.
- No opaque subcontracting: if a project needs a third party, we tell you upfront.
- Real confidentiality: we sign an NDA if you ask (see Confidentiality).
After delivery
Section titled “After delivery”We don’t disappear after deployment. We monitor critical flows and get alerted if something fails, often before you notice. Ongoing support is monthly, with no lock-in: whenever you want to stop, you stop.
Natural next step: check out the service catalog or start directly with the free audit.
