AIGiner reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the website after any modification implies acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of the services

AIGiner offers consultancy, design, development, and implementation services for artificial intelligence and process automation solutions for businesses, including:

• Strategic artificial intelligence consultancy
• Development of AI agents and custom conversational assistants
• Business process automation through intelligent workflows
• Integration of AI tools with the client's existing systems
• Creative AI content creation (avatars, ads, virtual influencers)
• Training and advisory services on AI adoption

The specific features of each service, timelines, deliverables, and financial terms will be detailed in the proposal or specific contract signed with each client.

3. Permitted use of the website

The user agrees to use the website in accordance with the law, morality, generally accepted standards of conduct, and public order. The following uses are expressly prohibited:

• Reproducing, distributing, or exploiting the website's content for commercial purposes without express authorization
• Introducing or spreading computer viruses, malicious code, or any other harmful element
• Attempting to access systems or networks without authorization
• Mass scraping of the site's content
• Impersonating AIGiner or its representatives

4. Contracting services

The information on the website is for information only and does not constitute a binding offer. There are two exceptions, which are bought directly on the website and are governed by their own purchase terms, linked next to the pay button: the Compliance Kit and the AI literacy course. All other services are contracted through a specific contract signed by the parties.

AIGiner does not guarantee that the website will always be available or free of errors. We reserve the right to interrupt access temporarily or permanently for technical or business reasons.

5. Intellectual property

All content, designs, code, logos, texts, and visual elements of the website are the property of AIGiner or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.

6. Limitation of liability

AIGiner will not be liable for any damage or harm arising from:

• Incorrect or unauthorized use of the website or the services
• Interruptions, errors, or technical failures of the website
• Business decisions made by the client based on the results of the AI solutions
• Content on third-party websites linked from this site
• Loss of data due to causes beyond AIGiner's control

In any case, AIGiner's maximum liability to the client will be limited to the total amount paid for the services in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the damage.

7. Privacy and data protection

The processing of personal data arising from the use of the website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, waiving any other jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, if the user qualifies as a consumer within the meaning of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, they may resort to the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms provided for under applicable regulations.
