Our commitment to web accessibility and to WCAG 2.1 level AA, and how Spanish Act 11/2023 applies to us.

1. Accessibility statement
AIGiner is committed to making its website accessible by following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
On the applicable framework: Spanish Royal Decree 1112/2018 binds the public sector and related entities, not AIGiner. Spanish Act 11/2023, transposing Directive (EU) 2019/882, does reach e-commerce services provided by private companies as of 28 June 2025. AIGiner currently qualifies as a microenterprise providing services within the meaning of that legislation and falls under the exemption it provides; even so, we apply its technical criteria, and we will revisit this statement if we cease to meet that condition.
This accessibility statement applies to the website aiginer.com.
2. Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines, due to the exceptions and areas under improvement listed below.
3. Non-accessible content
The following lists content that, at present, is not accessible on this website and the reasons why:
- Some embedded third-party video or multimedia content may lack subtitles or audio description. This is due to limitations of the external provider.
- Certain PDF documents published before this accessibility policy was implemented may not be fully optimized for screen readers.
- The chat widget may have keyboard navigation limitations in certain browsers.
We are working continuously to reduce these limitations and improve the accessibility of all content.
4. Measures adopted
AIGiner has adopted the following measures to make this website accessible:
- Correct semantic HTML5 structure (headings, landmarks, lists, labeled forms).
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background (minimum ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text).
- Full keyboard navigation across the main components.
- Alternative text (alt) on all informative images.
- Forms with associated labels and descriptive error messages.
- Responsive design adapted to mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
- Animations respect the system's "prefers-reduced-motion" preference.
5. Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared in January 2026 and last reviewed in June 2026.
The assessment of the website's compliance with the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines was carried out through an internal self-assessment by AIGiner, without a formal external audit to date.
