Four principles that guide every decision we make:

1. Results before theory. We don’t sell diagnostics. We deliver automations that work from day one and are measured by what they save or earn, not by the slides they generate.
2. Total transparency. We explain every system we build: what it does, what problem it solves, how much it costs to operate and how to maintain it if we disappear. No lock-in.
3. Open standards and no lock-in. We choose every piece of the stack for reliability, security and real fit with the problem, favoring open standards and keeping control in-house. When it’s worth paying for a tool, we tell you why.
4. Long-term relationships. We don’t deliver a PDF and disappear. We iterate with you over months and years, adjusting the system as your business changes.

We don’t change tools every quarter. These are the stable choices behind what we deliver:

• Automation: open source automation platform, self-hosted on European infrastructure.
• Backend / data: PostgreSQL + Supabase for Auth/Realtime; our own automation and services on Docker.
• Frontend: React 18 + TypeScript + Vite + Tailwind + shadcn/ui.
• AI: an abstraction layer with aliases (Prelude, Sonata, Symphony, Concerto) over multiple providers. The Local Plan runs on local models on your own hardware.
• Infrastructure: VPS in EU territory, Cloudflare for CDN/Tunnel/Pages, public status page.
• Operational communication: Telegram for internal alerts, Resend for transactional email with DKIM + SPF + DMARC.

1. Initial call (30 min, free). We understand what you need and whether we’re a fit. If we’re not, we tell you who to go to.
2. Quick audit (1-2 days). We deliver a process map with concrete proposals, prioritized by impact.
3. Closed proposal with scope, price and timeline. No surprises on the invoice.
4. Iterative build with weekly review and a single fixed point of contact on our side.
5. Delivery + knowledge transfer so your team can operate the system without depending on us.
6. Optional ongoing support, monthly. Cancellable at any time.

• Data in the EU. All the infrastructure the flows run on lives in European territory. Nothing is replicated to the US without your explicit written consent.
• Real confidentiality. We sign an NDA if you ask. Projects are not referenced publicly without authorization.
