AIGiner is a small team, close to the product. When you talk to us, you talk directly to whoever builds what you hire, not to a middleman salesperson who then hands the work to someone else you’ll never meet.

• Technology and architecture. System design, development, integration with your existing platforms and operational maintenance. It’s where every solution we deliver is born and lives, including our own SaaS platform, Shara.
• Marketing and communication. Brand presence, content, website and client relationships from the first contact. Our specialty: honest communication, no empty jargon or promises we can’t keep.
• Operations. Project coordination, contracts, billing and ongoing client support after delivery.

• Short, focused meetings. 30-45 minutes per session, with a concrete outcome in mind. No filler presentations.
• Open documentation on every project: you see the flows, the real operating costs and, when applicable, the code.
• Weekly iteration with a fixed point of contact. We don’t work by committee and you won’t have to repeat context to three different people.
• No opaque subcontracting. If a project needs a third party (a specialist in a specific sector, for example), we tell you upfront. You’ll never receive a deliverable made by someone you haven’t signed off on.
• Real confidentiality. We sign an NDA if you ask, and we keep client data isolated (see Privacy Policy and Confidentiality).

• We prefer fixing the cause, not the symptom.
• We say no to projects that don’t fit us, rather than deliver poorly.
• Every technical decision must be explainable to a non-technical client in under a minute.
