No. We work on top of your current stack and integrate with what you already have: CRM, ERP, email, WhatsApp or whatever tool it may be. The idea is for AI to power your operations, not force you to start from scratch.

Yes. We design every solution in line with the General Data Protection Regulation. We sign the necessary data processing agreements, minimize the data processed and make sure sensitive information is handled only where and how it should be.

We do not use your business data to train public models. We work with providers that offer no-retention, no-training modes, and whenever possible we keep processing within environments controlled by us or by you.

We prioritize infrastructure within the European Union and apply the principle of least privilege: only the people who need access for the project get it. We apply encryption in transit and at rest, and document which tools are involved in each flow.
