Technical FAQ
The questions an IT lead usually asks before signing, answered without marketing. If you’re missing something, write to security@aiginer.com or legal@aiginer.com.
Where is the data hosted and who has access?
Section titled “Where is the data hosted and who has access?”We prioritize infrastructure in the European Union and apply the principle of least privilege: only those who need it for the project access your data. We apply encryption in transit and at rest, and document which tools are involved in each flow. Full detail in Security & data.
Do we have to change the tools we already use?
Section titled “Do we have to change the tools we already use?”No. We work on top of your current stack and integrate with what you already have: CRM, ERP, email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets or whatever tool it is. Automation strengthens your operation, it doesn’t force you to start from scratch.
Who owns the code and the flows you build?
Section titled “Who owns the code and the flows you build?”Developments made specifically for your company are transferred under a usage license once the service has been paid in full. AIGiner’s own tools and components that we use to build them remain ours, with a non-exclusive usage license for you. Detail in Intellectual Property.
What happens if we stop working with you?
Section titled “What happens if we stop working with you?”There’s no lock-in period. We prioritize self-hostable automation tools precisely so a flow doesn’t get trapped in a closed platform, and we document openly what each automation does while we build it, not just at the end.
How do we know if a service is down?
Section titled “How do we know if a service is down?”We have a public status page with historical uptime for each service (API, panel, automations, email). A watchdog checks health and latency every few minutes, with automatic escalation if something degrades.
Does our data train any AI model?
Section titled “Does our data train any AI model?”No. Your data is used to run your processes, never to train third-party public models or to benefit another client.
What happens if we find a vulnerability?
Section titled “What happens if we find a vulnerability?”Write to security@aiginer.com or security@aiginer.com. We confirm receipt in under 24 business hours and work with you on a coordinated disclosure.
Do you work with a procurement or due diligence questionnaire?
Section titled “Do you work with a procurement or due diligence questionnaire?”Yes, we handle standard questionnaires (CAIQ, SIG-Lite or equivalent) and requests for a custom DPA. Write to legal@aiginer.com.
How is post-delivery maintenance billed?
Section titled “How is post-delivery maintenance billed?”With a clear monthly fee with no lock-in period, or per one-off intervention. We always explain what each option includes before you choose.
Can we extend the solution later without rebuilding it?
Section titled “Can we extend the solution later without rebuilding it?”Yes. We build on a modular architecture designed to grow: adding new flows, connecting more tools or scaling what exists doesn’t mean rebuilding what already works.
For procurement processes that need a single entry point (privacy, security, compliance and service status), use the Trust Center.
