We do it because the first call helps us understand whether we are a good fit for you: if you then want to work with us, great; if not, you still walk away with the analysis and the prioritized list of processes you can automate.
How long does the call take, and what do I need to prepare?
About 30 minutes. It can run a bit longer if the case requires it, but we respect your time. You do not need to prepare anything technical, just have a rough idea of which tasks are eating up the most hours each week and which tools you use (CRM, email, ERP, and so on).
Do I need technical knowledge to follow the call?
Not at all. You know your business, we bring the technical side. The conversation is in business language, not code. If at any point we use a term you do not know, we explain it in plain terms.
