Is it really free? Where is the catch?
Yes, completely. There is no hidden cost and no obligation to hire us afterward. We do it because the first call helps us understand whether we are a good fit for you: if you then want to work with us, great; if not, you still walk away with the analysis and the prioritized list of processes you can automate.
How long does the call take, and what do I need to prepare?
About 30 minutes. It can run a bit longer if the case requires it, but we respect your time. You do not need to prepare anything technical, just have a rough idea of which tasks are eating up the most hours each week and which tools you use (CRM, email, ERP, and so on).
Do I need technical knowledge to follow the call?
Not at all. You know your business, we bring the technical side. The conversation is in business language, not code. If at any point we use a term you do not know, we explain it in plain terms.
What do I get once the call is over?

Who is on the other end of the call?
The AIGiner founding team itself, not salespeople or intermediaries. That means technical questions get a direct answer, and the proposals you receive come from the people who will later implement them.
What happens with any sensitive information I share?
We do not ask for credentials, API keys or access to your systems during the audit. If you share internal data as an example, we use it only for the analysis and delete it once we deliver the document. We operate under GDPR and sign a confidentiality agreement if you request one before the call.
Is this the same as the EU AI Act test?
No, and that is why they are two pages. The audit looks at how you work and tells you which tasks can be automated and how much time you would save. The EU AI Act test looks at something else: what the Regulation requires of you and which duties belong to whoever sells you the tools. It is nine questions, it is free and it needs no details. You can do both, and the order does not matter.
How much does it cost to implement what you recommend?
It depends on the scope, and until we have looked at your case we do not know either: automating one stray process is nothing like reorganising a whole area. That is what the call is for: knowing where to start. If you then ask for a quote, we give it to you fixed and with no surprises before starting, and we bill nothing until you approve it.
How do I know how much I will save?
From your own numbers. In the audit document every process carries its estimate of hours per month, worked out from what that job costs you today. You have it in writing before deciding anything, and if the numbers do not add up, we tell you.
