Cookie Policy
What cookies AIGiner uses and how you can manage them by category. Last updated: June 2026.
This is a courtesy translation provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the legally binding text.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your browser when you visit them. They allow the website to remember information about your visit, such as your privacy preferences or the state of a form, in order to improve your browsing experience.
There are various ways to classify cookies: by origin (first-party or third-party), by duration (session or persistent), and by purpose (necessary, functional, analytical, or marketing). At AIGiner we make very limited use of cookies, always prioritizing user privacy and following the AEPD's guidelines.
2. Types of cookies by purpose
We group cookies into four categories. Necessary cookies always load; the others only load if you give your explicit consent.
Necessary cookies · Always active
Strictly essential for the website to function. They do not require your consent (legal basis: Art. 6.1.f GDPR, legitimate interest of the controller).
- aiginer_consent_v1, stores your consent preferences by category. Own localStorage entry. Persistent.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, anti-bot protection on the contact and audit forms. Does not track across sites or profile the user. Cookie/session.
Functional cookies · Opt-in · none currently in use
These would enable optional experience enhancements (embedded videos, third-party widgets, remembering language or visual preferences beyond consent). We currently do not use any functional cookies; the category exists in case we add any in the future, in which case they would only load with your explicit consent.
Analytics cookies · Opt-in
For measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free analytics solution that does not require consent:
- It does not use cross-site tracking cookies or persistent identifiers.
- It does not identify or track individual users.
- It only processes aggregated, anonymized data (visits, traffic source, country, device type).
- Compliant with the GDPR, CCPA, and other international regulations.
- Data stored within the European Union (servers in Germany).
Cloudflare Web Analytics is managed by Cloudflare, Inc. It does not use cookies, localStorage, or device fingerprinting: it measures visits in aggregate at the network edge. More information in its documentation (https://www.cloudflare.com/web-analytics/).
Marketing cookies · Opt-in · none currently in use
These would enable advertising retargeting, tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight, etc.), or campaign measurement. AIGiner does not currently install any marketing cookies and will never do so without your prior and explicit consent.
3. Types by duration
- Session, deleted when the browser is closed. E.g.: Cloudflare Turnstile cookies during form submission.
- Persistent, remain stored until they expire or you delete them. E.g.: aiginer_consent_v1 (does not expire automatically; you can delete it whenever you want from the cookie manager).
4. Types by manager
- First-party, managed directly by aiginer.com (aiginer_consent_v1).
- Third-party, managed by external providers:
- Cloudflare (Turnstile, anti-bot), necessary.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics (aggregated cookie-free measurement), analytics, does not require consent.
5. Quick summary
AIGiner does not use advertising, retargeting, or third-party social media cookies.

6. How to manage your consent
- 1. Banner on arrival. The first time you visit the site a banner appears with three options: "Necessary only", "Customize" (toggles per category), or "Accept all".
- 2. Cookie manager. You can change or withdraw your preferences at any time from /gestor-cookies, with an independent toggle for each category.
- 3. Browser settings. You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies. 7. Changes to this policy
AIGiner reserves the right to modify this Cookie Policy to adapt it to legislative developments, changes to our service providers, or modifications to the website. We will notify you if we update it substantially, through a new consent banner if the change affects the opt-in categories.
