AI Act · AI literacy course with a company dashboard, a verifiable certificate and your workforce’s training record
Mandatory since February 2025 for any company whose staff use AI. It is settled in an afternoon, with the documents done.
You do not have to be an AI company
Article 4 binds whoever uses AI, not only whoever builds it.
If you still do not know what binds you, start with the EU AI Act test, which is nine questions and free.
In force since February 2025
And since August 2026 there is a supervisory authority in Spain: AESIA.
It asks for measures, not exams
Appropriate measures, not a grade per person. Documenting them is not mandatory, but it is what you show if anyone asks.
What gets shown is the file
Training, usage policy and record. Without the paperwork there is nothing to show.
Article 4 does not ask you to memorise the law: it asks that you know how to use AI. That is why the course is built on cases, not on theory.
10 modules
What its risks are, how to ask it properly, and what you answer for.
20 hands-on workshops
You decide first and see the answer afterwards.
Tracks by role
Admin, sales and management.
Test and certificate of attendance
Ten questions. The certificate is filed with the record.
The three documents you can show
They come inside the course, ready to fill in with your own details.

This course is taught in Spanish.
It is built around Spanish practice and Spanish examples, and every module, workshop and document is in Spanish. There is no English edition. If your team works in Spanish, you can buy it right here.

What people usually ask us

If I buy it now, when do I get it?
Right away. You pay by card, you say who is taking the course, and each person receives their access by email as soon as you sign them up. The invoice reaches the address you bought with.
How long does it take?
About two and a half hours per person, and it does not have to be done in one sitting. The course remembers where you left off, so it can be spread across several sessions. One thing worth saying plainly: the course itself is delivered in Spanish. This page is in English, the training is not, and we would rather you knew that before asking for a quote than after.
Does it cover the whole team, or do we buy one per person?
One seat per person. Each one takes the course under their own name and generates their own certificate, which is what then goes into the record. Buy the seats you need and then tell us who uses each one.
Does this leave me compliant with the law?
It leaves you with the three things you can prove it with: the training done, the usage policy written and the record of who did it and when. Of the three, the only one that answers a legal obligation is the training: Article 4 asks you to take measures to promote your team’s AI literacy, not a set level per person. The other two are not mandatory; they are how you show those measures happened. What no training can give you is a compliance seal, because none exists.
What if we already ran our own training?
Then what you are probably missing is the paperwork. Informal training cannot be evidenced, and the course kit works just as well for documenting what you already did.
Is it any use if there are only two of us?
Yes. Article 4 sets no size threshold: it binds a company of two exactly as it binds one of two thousand. What changes is what counts as proportionate, and the course is built for small companies.
I run an accountancy firm and want to offer this to my clients.
Write to us and we will look at it. It is a case that interests us and it is handled separately, because training your own team is not the same as serving your client base.
This course is training, not individual legal advice. It explains what Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 requires and hands you the documents to evidence the training, but it does not replace a professional’s judgement on a specific case. The certificate it issues is one of attendance: it evidences that the person completed the course.
