Purchase terms for the Compliance Kit

1. Who is selling

2. What you are buying

The Compliance Kit: a PDF document about Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence, generated from the answers you give in the AI law test. It includes what is described on the test page at the time of purchase.

What it is and what it is not:

• It is not legal advice. AIGiner is an artificial intelligence and automation company, not a law firm, and the Kit is not a legal opinion.
• It only covers what you answered. The Kit is the result of crossing your answers with the text of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 in force on the date it is generated. If you did not tell us something, or it changed later, it is not in the Kit. We have not reviewed your website, your systems, your contracts or your documentation.
• It does not certify that you comply, or that you do not. It is not a seal or a certificate, and no authority issues or recognises it. Do not present it to anyone as proof of conformity.
• It is a starting point. The rating that appears in the Kit is guidance for talking to whoever advises you. How an AI system is classified depends on details a questionnaire does not see, and the final call belongs to a lawyer, not to the Kit.
• Some of the documents it includes are not required by law: they are the way to leave a record of what you decided and when, in case you ever need to show it.

3. What you need

An up-to-date browser, an internet connection and a valid email address, where we send the purchase confirmation. Any PDF reader opens the Kit, and one already comes with almost any computer, tablet or phone. There is nothing to install and no account to create.

4. Who can buy

Companies, self-employed professionals and organisations can buy it. You can also buy it as a private individual: in that case the consumer rights explained in sections 7 and 8 apply to you, and the price you are charged is the total including VAT that you see before paying.

5. Price and payment

The Kit costs €49 + VAT, in a single payment. With Spanish VAT, the total is €59.29. No account, no subscription and no later charges. The price and the total including VAT are shown before you pay, and the breakdown appears on the invoice.

Payment is processed by Stripe, which handles payment data under its own terms. AIGiner never sees or keeps your card number.

You will receive the invoice at the email address you give when buying. If you need it to carry a different tax ID or company name from the ones you entered at checkout, write to us and we will reissue it.

6. How it is delivered

Once the payment is confirmed, the Kit is generated with your answers and the download starts immediately. There are no shipping or activation periods.

Save the PDF as soon as you have it. If the download does not complete, write to hola@aiginer.com and we will sort it out: either we get it to you, or we refund what you paid.

The notice texts and the usage policy included in the Kit are there for you to use: you can copy them, adapt them and publish them on your website and your channels, and share the Kit within your company or with whoever advises you. What you cannot do is resell it or distribute it as a product of your own.

7. Withdrawal and refunds

If you buy as a company, professional or self-employed person in the course of your business, you have no right of withdrawal, which the law reserves for consumers.

If you buy as a private individual, outside any professional activity, you have fourteen calendar days from the purchase to withdraw without giving any reason and without penalty. However, the Kit is digital content delivered instantly: if you ask us for immediate download and expressly accept losing the right of withdrawal, you lose it as soon as you receive it, under Article 103(m) of the consolidated text of the Spanish General Act for the Protection of Consumers and Users. We ask for that acceptance separately, in its own unticked box before you pay, and we confirm it by email. If you do not tick it, you can still buy and you keep your fourteen days: you can download the Kit in the meantime and, if you withdraw, we refund everything you paid.

How to withdraw: write to hola@aiginer.com saying so clearly, or use the model form at the end of this document. You do not need to give a reason.

What happens next: we refund everything you paid within fourteen calendar days at most from receiving your message, by the same payment method you used and at no cost to you.

In any case, if something is not what you expected, write to us: we would rather solve it than have you keep a purchase that is no use to you.

8. If the Kit is not what was promised

If the Kit is not delivered, cannot be opened, does not include what is described on the test page or is not what you were promised, you have the right to have us bring it into conformity. Write to us and we will sort it out. If we cannot, you have the right to a price reduction or to terminate the contract and get your money back, under the rules the law sets for digital content and services (Articles 114 and following of the consolidated text of the Spanish General Act for the Protection of Consumers and Users).

9. Your data

The data you give us when you buy is used to manage the purchase, issue the invoice and deliver the Kit, and your answers to the test are used to generate it. All of this is governed by the privacy policy of aiginer.com.

10. Customer service and complaints

For any question or complaint, write to hola@aiginer.com. We reply during business hours.

AIGiner is not a member of any alternative dispute resolution body for consumer matters.

11. Everything else

Anything not covered by these terms is governed by the terms of use of aiginer.com. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you buy as a company or professional, for any matter we cannot resolve by talking, we both submit to the courts of Barcelona. If you buy as a consumer, that submission does not apply to you: you can go to the courts of your own place of residence.

These terms are written in Spanish. The English version is a courtesy translation: if there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules that apply to you.

We may update these terms; the version that applies to you is the one published when you bought, and its date appears above.

Annex. Model withdrawal form

Only fill in and send this if you want to withdraw from the contract. Using this model is not compulsory: any clear statement will do.
